The new 30,000 sf headquarters for a global leader in philately at 834-838 Sterling Place in Brooklyn, which provides planning, design production, marketing and distribution of stamps to more than fifty nations worldwide, consists of warehouse and office spaces, allowing the entire operation to be housed in one building. NPA provided New York City zoning and code analysis, programming, space planning and design services. The program, incorporating production, marketing, order fulfillment, executive and warehousing/storage of rare and valuable stamps, required high security and separation of different functions within the building.
