NPA is providing architectural and engineering services on the new Operations Facility for the Graffiti Free and CleaNYC programs. The project consists of a 2,000 sf one story building housing offices, restrooms, pantry; an accessory structure for storage; along with parking for CleaNYC and Graffiti Free NYC vehicles, on a site under the Deegan Expressway in the Bronx.

Due to its location and use of paint removal chemicals, the project has to be reviewed by the NYS DOT in addition to the NYC DOB and FDNY. Presentations are also being made to the Bronx Community Board 1 and NYC Public Design Commission.
